Cycles 54 was established in 2006, by a passionate cyclist looking to create the ultimate retail experience for the cycling enthusiast. Noticing the growing need for a retailer who could provide customers, not only with the latest equipment from industry leading companies, but also knowledgeable staff with expertise in fitting, training, and racing, the concept for Cycles 54 was born.
With staff that includes exercise physiologists, personal trainers, former National Champions, and Certified Coaches, we feel we can offer our clients unmatched customer service and experience.
We also haven't forgotten our roots. We offer Children's bikes, Hybrids, Cruisers, Mountain Bikes, and of course great bikes for Triathlon and Road Riding. With bicycles for riders of all levels and budgets, we feel we have created a store and environment that will satisfy the needs of every customer.
At Cycles 54 we understand that our core responsibility is to provide our customers with unparalleled customer service. I have made it my mission to continue to educate ourselves on the latest industry products as well as trends in training, fitting, and nutrition.
Cycles 54 is also proud to sponsor the Cycles 54 Cycling Team and the Shark River Junior Development Program. Our Elite Team which was founded in 1997, has acted as a stepping stone for amateur racers looking to gain experience, and exposure to professional level racing. Over the last two plus decades the team has made its mark on the domestic racing scene by producing National Champions as well as claiming over 250 victories and multiple State Championships.
